I changed my title from Assassin to Rogue yesterday, cost me 50 demon souls. It changed to rogue until I logged back on this morning and it has returned to Assassin.

Almost every warrior on the game has the title Assassin is this a bug?

Turned on rebirth rank and off again - relogged and it has set my title as Rogue.

After spending a further 50 demon souls

Go back to the NPC mate and turn rebirth status off then relog.

Shouldn't have to spend additional souls though?

Yeah I'm just a simpleton and paid a further 50 demon souls before trying to turn rebirth status off!

I would be cool if somehow the NPC could let you know the title you have currently selected, or whether rebirth is actually toggled on or not.. or just a simple message before you pay reminding you to toggle off Rebirth mode to view your custom title.. I'm sure I have fallen for this one before, RIP gamepoints & demon souls over 8 years.
