I am having a problem entering the game
When starting the game, type your username and password
After that, I see the characters but when I choose it never starts
I deleted the game and reloaded again, and the same problem persists
I chose the game RotA and it works efficiently
Please help me as I do not know what to do

After many attempts, entry is allowed and I do not see my characters
When my characters appear, I can choose one of them and I am not allowed to enter the game

And also the game has been removed and reinstalled
Finally, ...
Project69, Rise of the Archons servers run normally and fast.

“Error! Account in use or locked due to abnormal termination." means you logged in but didn't log out properly (which makes sense since you select character then get kicked.

“Error! Could not connect to Arcadia” combined with the the fact you cannot log in after choosing a character means there's two points of failure / disconnection. I would say connection issue but if you do not get regularly disconnected from game then maybe not so simple.

Maybe firewall on router is interfering with connection packets?

Arcadia is currently in a different location to P69/Rota so that could explain why they work fine

I tried the game from a different place with a new Router and network
For example, from my home and from work “and I have 2 different networks in my work”
Also, I disable any firewall and antivirus – the same problem
