It's best (most likely to be seen quickly) to email him via the forum using this link

If you need to send attachments you can email direct at sc**p**n@mirarcadia.com but he is less likely to read emails there from random addresses unless you make it very clear in the subject

Also, I'm rather curious to see who it is and what the evidence is. I expect in 99% of "cheating" cases it's just a display glitch that makes it look like cheating when actually it's nothing
