So many different things can drop these items.

Possibly from NagaChampion (130) up to NagaLord (160) and everything in between.

  • Paradise Isles & Lakes bosses and sub
  • Tomb of the Dead boss and subs
  • Everele cave (can’t remember the exact name of the cave)
  • Possibly Halls of Agony champ mobs

What I will say is that it’s a low level “rare” item now and you might find yourself being able to equip a HolyCrystalStaff before one actually drops for you.

Check AuctionHouse but please don’t be fooled into overpaying.

Everele cave is Temple of the Cursed Jungle
