Do these get refreshed in the PW shop weekly or does this time vary? Bought one last Friday, it expired today after 7 days which I expected but the ones in this shop still have 56 hours left on them. (So it's not worth buying one). I expected the shop ones to have expired also and to have been replaced with fresh 7 day ones by now.

Yeah stock will refresh regularly, it could be people selling their near expired ones to the shop, try grab them from the bottom of the list. Those should be fresh.

Edit:

There is a stock cap though, so if the cap is full, they will only restock once the others expire.
Example, say the stock cap for LightArmour is 8, it won't refresh until the cap is lower than 8.
