Hello gm.

I am 165 got 20% on all perks.

One other on 165 got 30%

How does it decide ? Is it on what % exp i got ?

He stated it would be 20% per level so 165 should have 20%, 166 should have 40% etc...

Who has 30%? Can they show you a screenshot? I think that's definitely wrong
