Hero Guest issue

HI all,

I have killed all mobs for the Hero guest about 3 hours I was killing them and working with my friend ,
and after that I received a noticed from the game that I became a HERO , but I can't get into the hero village .

how I can resolve this problem ?? please help me..

Make sure you are trying to tele from the portals

I believe the quick teleport from the H menu only works for heroes league players
