Helping hero bugged

Anyone else not had a helping hero quest for days now? Im primarily playing my warrior and its been about 4 days without a new one.

I also dont have one showing up on my tao or wiz.

I know others are still getting the quest so im just confused whats going on. Anyone else having issues?
 
If a quest fails, it takes some time to refresh.
It is not like successfully completing a quest.
 
Yea but all three my chars not got one?
i defo didnt fail all three. Its weird how long it takes to come back and start working again.
 
Also person in my guild has not had quest for 10 days now. Something is bugging out with these quests from time to time.
 
I did check, completed one and tted from one to fail it both times refreshes in time, maybe you need to contact GM to have a lock on your quests

Why does it take so long to fix any issue in the game — I’m talking about two weeks to over a month — whether it’s a bug or any other problem? I’m honestly tired of this. Every time there’s a bug, I end up waiting far too long

I get that it’s annoying, but fixing bugs isn’t always a “click and done” thing. Some of them mess with other parts of the game, so it takes time to test and patch properly. Better to wait a bit than have a fix that breaks five new things.

Pretty sure the GM’s not chilling on a beach while we’re here fighting glitches 😅 it’s a small team and a big game. Patience helps a lot.
 
Ok so i finally got new quest for wiz. I got it after i was ID'ing some items. I have previously had hero quest from getting certain level on kill meter. So my thinking is certain events trigger new quest to appear on char. Has anyone else came across any other triggers for a new quest to appear apart from these two things?

Ive been doing both things consistently on warrior and not had new quest yet for long time. So maybe i need to do something else to spawn the quest to appear.

Something not right there, quest should appear to tell you to ID some items, then you go back to enter the cave.

Something weird happened, but the bright side you got your quest
 
I haven’t seen the “Helping Hero” quest for over 15 days on my Warrior.
I don’t know the reason or what’s going on.
Has this happened to any other Warriors?

If anyone has a solution, please let us know.
 
My quests reset everyday at around 12.20 in the afternoon. Sounds like you don’t know how to find the quests.
Press Q and ur see the helping hero quest and the location of the NPC. By the way you say you id’d an item and it just popped up means it was already there and you hadn’t found the npc yet.
 
The npc location changes everyday. You have to press Q to access the quest menu then hover ur cursor over the quest or click it and it will tell u what town the NPC is at. U then tele to that town/province and open ur big map and look for the quest icon on the map then head to that icon and see what materials u need to enter the quest that day.
 
The issue is i have NO helping hero quest in Q menu. I know how to find them once the quest appears. It hasnt give me a new one on my warrior in ages. Im getting them here and there on other chars. Mine used to reset daily aswell as you described but its very stop start nowadays.
 
Still bugged on warrior. Get quest on wiz and tao sporadically. Not had a new quest pop up in Q menu on warrior for atleast a week now. GM please take a look, theres issues somewhere with this.
