Go to Naga Wall, then desert tunnel from the portal

After 3rd floor of desert tunnel you reach naga city first floor

On 4th floor of naga city, head along the bottom of the map until you find a small house near the bottom right of the map, go in the door there and you will find the npc that takes you into savage wastes

Not gonna lie, the entrance to Savage Wastes is one of the biggest pains in the arse in this game.

It's frustrating when you have to level there as getting to the door is a mission in itself.

For real, and arcadians are really lucky that they cant RT to desert city 3rd... On project 69 you cant rt in desert city you gotta walk the whole thing and its packed, if you go alone and the path isnt cleared its a dangerous journey!
