Is there a Guild Setup guide anywhere?

I'm confused how the colour system works to change the text colour.

say if u want red just type [F=0000FF] in front of what you want .... blue [F=FF0000] .... green [F=00FF00]

= bold but u cant bold and underline at the same time but to underline

but any case say if u want just coords for repairs and u want it red you just type this

[F=0000FF] repairs coords
