I'm pretty sure it was woomyon map that dropped the cow arcamon. Here is a list from a guide I found a while back. Hope it helps you.

Cows can be found east of Tao Village on Woomnyon. Like top right following the wall up.

Anyone know where Brown and Black Bears can be found? West Bichon or Past Bichon? And do they drop like Isle of the Dead Arcamons or do they run away?
