GiantKeratoid not reflecting in pvp

as title says it seems it doesnt work anymore i use it almost all the time when im pvping and it doesnt do the reflect effect anymore? anyone else noticed?

I tested it not long ago and the chance it reflects has made it useless it use to reflect like 1 in 3/4 hits now its like 1 in 10hits

I don't think the balance for that has ever been adjusted. As always with Arcamon different stats yield different results and Intelligence plays the main role in special abilities
