Ghoul Cave

So I'm doing the kill 20 monsters in each area quest, starting with Ghoul Cave, but I can't seem to leave it.

It's a perfect square, with no way out, and constant ghouls spawning and attacking.

How do I get out of here? :O

Press “h” with the chat box closed, and then you can choose a town to teleport to
