GG Refund Please

I have patiently waited for a response to CrossHalfMoon not levelling up with NO response, I paid 100 GG for this so can I please have a refund....

Why would you pay 100gg for that? I just bought it for 4.5mil just to test it out on a store char. Right enough I can't get it to level up, even surrounded by mobs, strange

I'm sure GM will look into it eventually, but I can't imagine you getting a refund, that would open all sorts of Pandoras boxes, people would want refunds every time they buy something and aren't happy with it

Im a new player with little in game gold hence why i bought it with GG :/

You could have brought a gold bar for 10-14 GG that's 10 million gold people have stalls to sell gold for GG and it's always available in the auction house
