Everyone has friends in all the guilds anyway so no matter what guild has sw I don't think there's anyone who can't get a recall to basement any time
Kinda defeats the purpose because the whole point of it was as a reward for winning SW
Maybe GM needs to look at it more carefully and make it more restrictive

then Gm should remove the recaller of you guys + we fight for SW to get the gemstone salv but the gemstone salv is bugged while we have it?
just replace the time while we couldnt salv the gemstones,in the end it helps everyone till event end.

GM knows it's possible to recall to basement and use stone salvage, it's been widely known that lots of people do it since the very start, so it's just a feature now just like the bezeled survive brace thing. Same issue. Can't say one is ok and the other isn't. If it's possible to do it then why not do it?
Better solution is to make the npc check what guild you are in and only let actual owners use it. Would be easy enough to do if GM wants to remove that fuctionality

The base problem is not who where and when , players tried to use the NPC and it was bugged took items from players and didnt perform the required instruction hence Bugged.
many features of the game tend from time to time have these querks , but when things like a specialised NPC is bugged and after fix you can no longer use it then it does lead to fustration . That aside I do think a Event NPC for amulet salvs would be a good idea as lets face it the owner of SW makes money from its own troops using it as it is now.
If the event NPC was placed in SW outside or in a shop within SW then that holding guild would have that income aswell.......
