Hey there i know am going to get alot of hate for this but

MR Andy aka GM

over the years the game is getting better but items are dropping in prices witch is allways good.

i never like how the price of a gold bar would drop in events ...... then allways stay in the lower prices people say it is inflastion ..

But atm all i see from event to event all gg stall items u can buy for gold is just going up in price and gg is going down in price but when you need the main items there all being sold for gg it is alot hard to get but when u are selling a gold bar for 18 to 19 gg just to make some gg before the stall shops it is a little unfair i know inflastion as people say but how can this be fair for new players comeing into the game u want them to spend real cash on the game when they can try make it frist but no one wants to spend real money at frist until they really have fun with the game but what gives them the fun if they cant get a good kit to start with the effort to make gg if it is selling for soo low i can see a way u can change this but it will be alot of code scripting into the game

selling gold bars has to be good price say u put 1 goldbar on ah it will auto price ..... if u try sell for cheaper in a stall u cant sell it if it is to low or to high prices should have a cap on say like 1 gold bar used to sell for 30gg and now 18gg .... why not stop the selling at low prices and add a cap on it saying it cant be sold lower then 25gg on stalls and 27gg on ah

thank you for reading this i know there be hate but i hope at lest one person can see where i am comeing from

GG for Gold exchange rate is entirely driven by supply and demand

If some kind of "cap" is put on sale prices, people will just find ways around it to buy and sell for the prices they want, buyer would sell some trader trash item for 18gg and seller would drop 10mil gold on the floor, it would be impossible to enforce properly and all it would do is make trading less safe and more susceptible to scams, it would make absolutely no sense to do that

If you want to buy something from another player, either pay the price they are asking for or don't, you can't force people to sell things for different prices

You seem unhappy that your gold bars sell for too low a price, but other people are willingly selling them for those prices, so either compete on price or don't. Same with items being sold by other players, they choose to sell for a particular price because they believe someone will buy for that. If you're not that person, then that's on you

Might sound harsh, but that's how supply and demand works. GM makes a lot of subtle tweaks to the economy to keep things on guiderails and keep supply and demand vaguely balanced, and it's worked for a very long time. If GM tries to force certain pricing conditions directly like you suggest, it will go very badly indeed

What? You’re asking the GM to put a minimum price on an item? Where would that end, terrible idea.

Gold is not all too difficult to make. It’s about weighing up is 20GG good value versus the time it would take to earn it. Plus there’s some lulls of activity and it fluctuates.

GG is tougher to make, and I guess that’s your ultimate point. But then prices are ridiculous for some items - £300+ in real terms which is crazy.

I’d like to see other routes for things. Possible introduction of a season pass type thing alongside the subscription. So you could upgrade to challenges that would be challenging, give the casual player chances to earn things too. Think call of duty battle pass idea.

I did float the idea a while ago of a 'tier 2' subscription, for like double the price, gives you the same benefits but also some other perks like no dura loss (so don't need to buy toughening oils), cheaper entry to demon soul caves, extra links on the H key, that kind of thing

Not a bad idea, I’d like to see it come with sustained content to work through, like another avenue of the game.

Not even super crazy rewards just worthwhile. Things like a boss spawn at the end with a good chance of something would be nice. Could be account/char bound too.

I like your thinking, and I agree. But additional quests seem to be greatly enjoyed by a minority who take advantage of them, and everyone else can't be bothered after a short time. It's a shame really when good ideas like that end up not working out

Yeah I get that, it for me would have to be an account bound thing that you activate that season pass day for that account and can only be done once. And rewards are account of char bound to avoid the taking the piss out of them.

Be good to not always 100% have the next objective signposted. In cod and things there’s xp that’s earned toward the battle pass for example. Think it would work really well in Mir. Especially Arcadia.

The difficulty comes with how to balance it

It's very common to see people who have aspirations of keeping up and competing with the top levels asking for things to be made easier to give them a chance, but the reality is when things get easier, the gap between casual and sweaty players gets wider, not narrower

So would that actually help?

What helps most is just having things to do every day, things that are fun and engaging. That's what the daily helping hero quest was for. It's been improved for sure, and I really wish I had the time to do it more regularly. But there are still some people with extremely basic kit and not much skill at the game who think it's too hard.

For that reason I'd be looking to expand that system and find a way to make it more accessible to everyone. My idea would be this: when you do your first one it's extremely easy, practically do it naked. If you succeed then the next one is slightly harder with slightly better rewards. And they just keep getting harder and harder, with rewards to match the difficulty. If you fail one, or if you don't attempt one for a week, then you go back to the start. If the rewards at the hardest ones were things like character bound holy crystal, celestial, elysian (depending on your level) that would give people some big incentive to try hard!
