Mr 5Star is correct with the link, but I'd add a couple of points
If doing it via that webpage instead of ingame, make sure you enter your character name exactly right, any mistake can result in significant delay (often days, or more)
First time you buy game gold usually takes some time, I'm guessing it needs manual authorisation or something, for future purchases you'll get your game gold within a couple of minutes
