Has anyone re-crafted an item that has an Elysian Orb applied to it?

Does the orb stats stay or is it wiped clean?

Lots of people already offered their guesses, I'm more than capable of guessing myself. I'm only looking to hear from people who have done it and can say with certainty.

But as the item name has changed it should be a separate new item in the database with the base stats in the database
Item base with 5% all res as base

Yeah that's the way I was thinking and several other people said the same. But we are all kinda guessing unfortunately. I'm assuming nobody else is daft enough to try it haha
 
I Was thinking re-roll armour that's (Elysian orbed) . It's says Elysian robe of Elysium like it's been rolled from a design like Elysian robe or smoke or chill, the fact that it's an Orb as well and Orb-stats get wiped with a re roll : Definitely would run that past the GM before risking it . As it's not clear

Certain bosses drop items like the ‘Helmet of [Boss Name],’ which come with additional stats such as Dark or Fire resistance. I can’t remember the exact names, but you know what I mean. These items can be crafted without any problems related to their names or resistance stats.
 
Yeah, all very good points, that I had considered already, which lead to me being unsure.

Reason I ask is I want to use Ely orb on new armour, but I'm like 95% sure I'm happy with the stats on it. There's a 5% chance I might want to re-roll it in the future, so using an Ely orb on it now I'd feel locked in.

If I have confidence that the orb won't be scrubbed on re-roll then I'll go ahead and use the orb now. Otherwise I'll hold off on using the orb and keep rolling the armour until I'm 100% convinced the stats are good forever

I cannot see why GM would have someone spend months to a year to orb an item, only to scrub it with a re-roll. If that is the case, it would have to be changed.
 
Just reroll the armour until your satisfied, won't be an issue then. I don't think it's fair that Scorp should get involved. Someone needs to find out the hard way like most things ingame.

I'd 100% reroll the item until I was happy then orb it. Better to be safe than sorry. Someone will test it out I'm sure lol

his armour makes him look like a tool, if you look at some of his other crafts, they r the ones i would be jelly of......
 
really funny those who dont have this issue coming up with mars bars when we talking fero roche ,,,,,, not all choclate is edible .........
 
Someone brought a lot of toffee laced chocolate to work yesterday. I kept coming into the break room and eating it.
