Bug Report Elysian Armour

I have the Tao Elysian armour, about 5 mins after I had it on it started to do an animation that looked like fireworks changing colour, then it turned into some sort of flowers then a dragon then circled around my char then up to my sword and made it glow.

it isn't doing it anymore

Am I tripping or did this happen?

Happened to my frozenmir arm when i added mythic to it and has happened to items in my storage
A couple of times, always stops on log out

I had this happen last night on Gruumshs Armour too even tho' I hadn't made any changes to it. It's not doing it today.

Must be a bug then, Thought the Elysian armor had a hidden effect on it. Gutted
