Alot of people already know this, but theres a very easy way of making a ton of money during the event.

Crafting pet food!!

Just collect meatsoup(xl) beefdumpling(xl) and canibalfruittea(xl)

You can sell in ah for 50-75k easy

If you combine in Ely and pay the 90k, you can make Muscle food(s) and sell in AH for 500k-1mil!!!

After event, there will be less easy gold and ppl will have more time to do it them selves, take advantage now!!!!

What are you even talking about?
When something is rare and I think I'm going to need lots of it, I'll buy them and keep a stock, so when it's time to use I don't need to go looking for it. What effect that has on the market is none of my concern. Plenty other people were paying just as much as me, in some cases far more. I just didn't end up using all mine because I took another route with my kit. No big deal.

Some people really do try so hard to find ways to be annoyed about things that didn't happen

I'd love to understand how spending more than I need to equates to 'greed' in your view 😂

Read what I said buddy.. “ tried control the market, ended up with tones of runes and are now worth fraction of what you paid” in other words the demand was high and supply was short, you bought all that was in the market and would sell to people at price which you found reasonable “price+ profit” but no one bought them and some server event occurred the runes got flooded which caused you to still sit on them today with full of dust. Anyways mind giving me few for free? Just to hep your store become more available hehe

Demand was high because multiple people wanted them and were willing to pay for them. There were several other people paying more than I was at the time. Have you gone after them too, why just me?

I have never sold one, never attempted to sell them, and never wanted to sell them. I bought them for my own use. What you see in that screenshot is less than half of what I bought, I used the rest already and I planned to use these too, but then I changed plans and built different style kits. Nice random made up story though

The reason they are sitting there is because I chose not to use them, I may choose to use them one day. The value of them is irrelevant, never had any intention to sell anyway. The only reason I was a little unhappy that the market got flooded is if I'd known that was going to happen I'd have waited and bought them a lot cheaper...

I've given a couple away, but only to friends, don't even know who you are, just a random anonymous account who hides his character name out of embarrassment

Me stating facts makes me not a friend? That’s not fair. If you promise to give me some runes I shall private msg you on forums and give you details such as location, coordination and time of where to drop the runes. Anyways don’t get offended when getting called out for manipulating the market. You have influence in this game and your behavior will effect the market same way when POTUS says some dumb shit and suddenly the market goes nuts lol
 
You seem like you're just making things up out of boredom to try to start an argument. Have you tried visiting a place called 'outside'
 
After the latest changes to events, it seems his position has significantly improved!! Hardly any free extract tools, new kit, no rune exchange form gf caves (which was the last major market changing impact)

People are free to do what they want. Have you see the prices these foods are going for? Make more money collecting them than you will make collecting items

I think you’re missing the main point here.


He’s encouraging players to ignore item drops and focus on food, which increases food supply and helps keep prices lower for buyers.



At the same time, he can still collect and sell those items for 400k–600k+, or even hit higher-value drops like essences or designs.



So in reality, this setup lets him benefit on both sides — making gold from items and buying the food cheaper later.



That’s why calling it “easy profit for everyone” doesn’t really add up — it mainly benefits him.



If someone wants to feed their pet, they can do exactly this themselves. Telling a whole server to play into it is a different story.

I agree with your point in principle, but the numbers don't match up.

Lower level players get lower level drops, which sometimes go for only 100-200k.

I've seen people buying these foods for 1.5m+

Nobody is being forced to do anything. If you want to collect items collect items. This is just highlighting another option should you choose to take it
