Dura orb worked but didn't add dura

I've got a HolyCrystalBoots currently at dura 10/12
I used a dura orb and it said success but boots still show 10/12
Then used another dura orb and it said it's already at max upgrade

Anyone care to suggest what happened here

Both were normal DurabilityOrb (not pure or cracked)

Awkward issue to deal with. Seems unfair to block the upgrade but also a little misleading when it happens. May be best to block the upgrade unless dura is below x.5?

Dura orbs are cheap enough that it's not exactly a massive issue, just another quirk of the game that makes sense after it's explained
