Dinraals Scale - what is it for?

As per title really. I seem to be too dull to work out what they are for.

Dragon scale grants you entrance for 90 min in the 200+ group cave

Yes all mobs are lvl 200+ and it is packed so it's not a solo lvling area best for group and guild hunting.

It seems bond on account and I can not put them on AH. Guess it is now wasted

The one you get from the daily quest is bound
If you get one by killing a glaurung it can be traded
