Another suggestion thread I do apologise for giving you more work.

Would it be possible to change the colour of gems and runes to something other then white ?
It’s really hard to spot them in between all the ingredients and hp/mp pots.

I guess same can be said for normal white items.

I suggest pink for gems, blue for runes and perhaps grey for normal white items ?
 
If there's a mass of drops I often use ctrl-tab to toggle the names off as I find it easier to spot the items themselves
 
Maybe you can create a list of item types and I will give you a list of potential colours..
