It wasn't, but it's been updated in recent patch so you can move, which is a massive improvement. So should be better now, but I haven't tested it myself yet.

I've tested and allocated it to an actual key. It's still not perfect but if you are in a lure and struggling you can use it to minimise damage whilst you heal a bit. (High HP recovery definitely helps)

However it does not last long enough and the cool down is way to long. I would not pay to much for it until further tweaks happen but it's not completely useless anymore. I'm sure GM will tweak a tad more

I am suggested to not learn it. it is expensive though.

If I were you, I’d never buy it—it’s too expensive and offers too little value in gameplay, even after the update. Just hunt in the cave where it drops; it’s a good spot to level up anyway. If you happen to get it as a drop, then use it.

Surely you are referring to how the skill used to work? As of now it is definitely useful to regain some HP in a sticky situation.

Is it? really... my warrior is 198 and if he gets stuck in a lure i use battle charge or lion roar.. i would never use diamond skin even if it was 100% buffed to be amazing, because when you are stuck., you are stuck. being hit less really doesnt matter.

i wouldnt buy it from my point of veiw because in a few months you will just end up either finding it or being given it lol price has only gone up because of the buff and people think its worth it now.
