Contagion Event broke??

So basically I've managed to locate the whereabouts of a number of the hidden mines for the Contagion event. only today and last night i don't seem to be able to (access) the hidden teleport? I've been running between each of the locations killing the bats and allowing the zombies to rise up but cannot seem to find the spot for the teleport? is there an issue or something Im missing? i have been in before?

Basically there is only 1 spot where the doorway can open, the zombie must spawn on that spot. By the law of averages this should happen every 15 minutes per dungeon across all the spawn locations but I guess sometimes it could take a lot longer

I just spent an hour clearing two spots in tomb and never got in....bit frustrating, eats away at what game time I have
