Ive seen a few times when a boss/mob or even player dies theres a split second where they become infected . Anyone else noticed it?

Aye noticed it more on my Tao as they die to green poison but for a split second they turn red before going green again. I believe it's the same thing as you're talking about?
 
I was wondering about that, I died at loki yesterday and when I clicked ok to revive in town I was infected, seemed a bit random
