Hi I bought some game gold last night but I don't know if my account was linked to the purchase as I haven't received it yet. I have tried to use the contact form to check on this but it came up with Invalid Redirect URL (https://mirarcadia.com/) when I sent the form.

Thanks for letting us know, we can always check it for you - pop me a private message with your character name and the amount and I'll take a look.

As for the contact us link, not sure why it would show up as an invalid redirect I'm not too sure. Maybe just a blip? Or perhaps you timed out whilst writing your message? (Though normally this would just prompt you to log back in)
 
Warda has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space.

Aha! I didn't see an option to include my character name on the form, I must have missed it but it makes sense! Character name is AnyaRuby
