Connected path

So i am working through the extinition quest in the farmers. Connected path is the problem, it has me that i have around 700, out of 2000, the problem is that the connected path at bichon does add to my total. And i do know, at one time, there were a few "connected paths" in the game, one which led to the mystery caves. bare in mind i have played this since it was beta, and so have memories that may not be here. Also in the bichon mines had one.

some places i cannot find, some idea of where they would be, would be nice. for example, "mir stone" where do you get and who drops? and yes i have searched high and low for these answers in the forums and cannot find it.

One chap, sorry forgot who you were, in game told me about the "game guide", nice, problem is that the quest i am mainly on about it tells you that you have to kill 500, so a bit outdated.

another puzzle is like you can get 20,000+ exp for lvl130 mobs, but around 10,000 for lvl170 - bug cave.

Anyway i do appreciate any help.

The only changes I'm aware of to those quests since the guide was written is that a couple of places were renamed and most of the numbers reduced. The farmers quest section of the guide tells you about the Mir stone

I think there's only that one connected path that you're talking about, it does take a while to kill enough mobs because the spawns are fairly low

Mystery cave is accessed via portal now, only on Sundays

Exp rates are variable based on the level difference between you and the mob. You get the best exp killing stuff close to your level.

the connect path in the bichon portal, doesnt make the numbers go up, no matter how many mobs, i have still the same needed as i did 2 days ago.
