There isn't specific buy/sell section but good job for looking. Most people just ndomlf post anything in the wrong sections and don't care 
Tele rings don't drop, only way is to buy from shop with gg or loyalty points, or from other players, or pk someone who has one in their bag

They do drop but only know of it dropping in Event GG Caves.

People sometimes sell them on the Auction House, but not very often.
In the past yes, but I think the last few events gg items haven't been in drop files

How would you be able to even find this, i take it thats in the install directory information some where?
