These special helmets.. are fire resist or shock or ice because of its + resistance or there is another attribute that makes them special.. on them it says resists shock or fire or ice.

shock helms resist the lightning in toa f8+
frost helms resist the blue ice effect
fire helms u will have to figure out urselves

r you being sarcastic there lol?

what i meant was does having say ice resist+10 make it resist to ice or is it cause it says resists frost(on frost guard helmet).. i think there is 2 different attributes that makes the helmet what it is.. one being resist ice.
