Why invent this item with leading stats of fire completely useless for a tao .... when you roll this item the chances will always add to FIRE , if you understood class you would maybe add fire resist to it not damage ....... most usless weapon ever added to game
 
Come on mate, its level 2 Ely with fire as a base stat. You know the gig, it doesn't get changed just because you like to use less fire skills. Wait until Halloween and get the Dark version.

What i mean is with other weapons frozen brurning it fits all classes but this limited to 0 use cases for tao as when rolling more chance to get added fire damage stats and or neagating less other damage stats etc ..... just thought he could removed fire and added it as fire resist on the tao version

That weapon and armoir is for ppl cant play too much and they dont have so much time to collect elysian ore can be help full for that 👍🏽

You have a point but let me ask - are we speaking on behalf of all Taos, or just yourself?

Most taos tbh fire is a stat that is not suited to day to day usage ...... personally not used fire spells since mid 130 levels
 
I'd have no use for it either. What taos have you seen that actively use fire damage regularly?
 
Just nobody has specced a fire dmg tao. It’s do able. There is fire dmg spells. There’s a single target spell and a passive aoe spell that use fire damage

Lot of investment to test it out, and it is unlikely to be much better than a holy build, and it's only good for 2 very specific spells that both also benefit from holy anyway
 
I know of only 1 Fire lighning spec Tao his damage was appalling used 1 spell which got him killed 90% of the time when pulling mobs , got to the point we had to beg him to stop using Devils Vision cuz he would get stuuned or para and didnt have the defence attributes and lay on the ground asking for res ..............

He speaks for me on this case aswell and I’d say probs about 80% of taos the only one that don’t just being pedantic.

Fire dmg is useless for Tao just like holy would be useless for wizz and warrior.
 
U know one ethereal blades with high holy damage will out damage a wizards cop total dmg
Cross half moon also does 10x more damage than fire and ice spells when specced right.

Half moon/protection field/eth blades/damage field are the only warr skills that use holy I believe? Cross half moon is lighting and dark? all other spells are mixed between fire dark ice.

So if you use holy what only 4 spells will benefit from it two of which is buffs not even attacking skills.

I’m not going to question your knowledge on it you played lot longer then I have even tho eth blades doing higher damage then cop I don’t see it but again I’m not argue you with it cos I don’t know enough on the matter.

I suppose the proof will be in the pudding tho were see how many taos actually make use of the burning rly sabre.
 
Taos have 3 fire dmg skills and all of them also effect holy so logic surely would dictate to stack more on holy and have majority of yours skills effected then use fire damage and only have 3 skills effected.
