So lets say if im fighting someone and they have body protection scroll on , and i managed to get the PK on them because of my pets, would that mean they are safe from dropping kit because it counts as a monster kill ?

There's a condition that checks whether a monster is "controlled" by a human, and thus any other systems that are influenced by human output are effected the same way. So the body drop scrolls *shouldn't* be influenced by pet kills.
Feel free to test out though.
