Blue pets for lvl 175 wiz

Tongs in bug cave are decent but can't remember what level they are, might be a big high for you right now, something to aim for though. If you can find a gorgon in forgotten realm that counts as a red even though it isn't a red, it's very fast and tanky which is nice. Other than that there aren't a lot of great options for you right now, maybe need to stick to stuff from savage wastes until you're high enough for blue tongs
Savage Wastes (often referred to as "Naga GP") and Forgotten Realm (often referred to as "Orc GP") are demon soul caves, you need to find an NPC and pay them a token fee (some demon souls) to enter. I think Forgotten Realm also needs an orc eye, but you can pick them up easily enough in Orc Cave or just buy one, people often sell them on AH pretty cheap.

But it only tells you which maps the NPCs are on, I'll give you a bit more detailed clue here
Forgotten Realm - Use the portal in Ayarin Province to get to it, then run up a little bit and click on the Altar
Savage Wastes - Use the portal in Naga Wall to enter Desert Tunnel, then find your way through that to Desert City. On the bottom right corner of Desert City 4F there is a small house, the npc is inside the house
Bug Cave - Use the portal in Mongchon Province (free entry)
It's also worth just pressing the H key and clicking 'Quick Hunt'. That option gives you 3 quick-teleport links for caves that are around your level, I'm not sure which ones it will be showing you right now, but give all 3 a try and see if you can tame anything there.
