Blaze rework

Hi Andy, I was hoping you could take a look at the way blaze works, mainly the way you have to wait until the time has run out to recast.
Others such as Inferno and firewall can be recast to place somewhere else but blaze doesn't let you do this.

FrozenGround is the same, you need to wait for it, while Frostbite allows recast like inferno.

However, you can "cancel" these spells by any of the following: Translocate, RT, get recalled, go in/out a door. So it's not a massive issue really, especially once you get translocate spell.

I guess it's the game's way of saying be careful where you cast it
