Baubles?

Has anyone actually found any Baubles for the quest yet? I've cut down countless Christmas Tree's and ye to find one!

Yes they drop from the trees , Each has a letter on them you save them all to make word CHRISTMAS

yes I've made the word CHRISTMAS and collected two pairs of socks and then the third part asks you to bring him some baubles?
