Arcadia down

Dear players, it is with regret that we must announce a short period of server downtime, implemented as a precautionary measure, while electrical maintenance is undertaken at the data centre.

We have been informed that important electrical work is to take place at the datacentre where our servers are hosted. This work carries the possibility of sudden loss of power and therefore represents an unnecessary risk to your accounts.

We are therefore shutting the servers down from 08:00 BST to 11:00 BST on both Monday 17th June and Thursday 20th June while this work takes place.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience

this " server down post" was 2 am to 5 am our time and we were sleeping that time so we didn't even notice server was down, today for too much thunder noises dogs make us awake and noticed server is down.

It was posted on the forum and on the website on Monday
 
They could do with doing a post with big letters saying "Announcement" when sever is going to be down.......with plenty of notice so people can prepare themselves........
