Antidote & Thawing potions

Morning all
I tried one of each of these in BDP yesterday hoping that the freeze effect from the 3rd floor tigers (& any poison effects from other mobs) would be negated.
Unless I've misinterpreted the pots, Thawing instantly removes freeze effects and the Antidote states 50% PR and instant poison removal.

Now unless these pots don't work on what I'd call sub bosses they did nothing at all. Still turned blue for several seconds and also a nice shade of purple at other times while the pots were active.

Have I misunderstood what these pots are meant to do?

antidotes do nothing vs slow, the thawing pots will remove the slow instantly but only once per pot , not sure if the thawing pots work when ur blue'd tho

Thanks. That's interesting as the thawing potion states it removes cold effects one of which I'd assumed would be freeze as it's, well, cold....:tickled_pink:
