I dont think that Teleport rings or even Translocation is a big problem, for example warrior got BC why wouldnt wizzards be allowed to have a skill that move them quicker, the movement spells arent a big problem at all. The Problem is that the big Castles got walls that get players a huge distance between the fights, combined with a Teleport ring makes it insanely overpowerd, warriors cant get near and taoist dont got a movement spell anyway, i would like to share my own experience, im a quick player most players would agree with that, everyone in war saw me using a teleport ring to get over the wall but sadly thats not enough, If a wizzards translocate over the wall for example from Far Left to the middle, i put on my teleport ring in same second most of the time even equiped to be as fast as they are. But thats just not enough, after they teleported in the Middle they will run like 4-5 steps and just translocate over the wall to the far right, but thats not enough yet, you should keep in mind that there are Recallers in the castles, dont get me wrong thats not a problem at all, they make great fights, even spamming recalls isnt a problem in my POV. We can easily look at SW wars, the war the most people show up anyway, there arent huge walls or anything that allows you to hide for ages. All in all there are 3 huge Teleports possible within 10 seconds, as a wizzard, so you can jump from left to middle to right in avarage time of 3-4 seconds, while running takes at least 5-10 seconds.
I think the easiest solution would be to just remove the walls in castles so theres nothing that can stop you from running or chasing.
