Agility stat

Morning all
Is there an Agility stat value where you're at the best agility you're probably going to get. One player I know has agil of 149 which puts me to shame so what should I be aiming for with this please?

Maximum agility as possible. If your agility is higher than your enemies accuracy you have more success dodging their physical attacks.

I wasn't aware arctic blast was a physical attack, must be a new version I haven't seen yet, thanks for the heads up
