Andy,

I accidently used a gem on my icedrakenecklace and it went to dust. Now if thats not harsh enough the dusttool doesnt seem to work to retrieve it to ''normal''

Is this bugged? as it says that the tool should work on the item. Maybe i am doing something wrong but it does not seem to work.

Please any help here woul be appreciated.
 
It stopped working a few weeks ago, it's been reported but no word from GM yet. Hopefully a fix is incoming soon
 
Had not realised that issue, sorry about that I will try push a fix though ASAP since it appears to be a client side issue
