Feature Request New skills time to speculate

I think you're massively underestimating the time and effort other people put into the game
The key issue is that upgrading ordinary items requires Enchanted Diamonds, and you also need to combine them with XL materials from certain items. It’s not easy at all.

Back then, for the Mirsword, I had to buy XL materials from other players, pay someone to socket it, and then use a tool to extract it before I could complete the upgrade.

At that time, quests gave you one chip at a time. Now it’s better—they just give you S directly. It really feels like we’re being messed with.

Why were these materials so abundant at the beginning, but when I started playing, they barely dropped at all? And now you’re expected to pay 5 GG every time just to get one XS.

Honestly, I don’t even feel like playing anymore. AFK farming is the only reasonable way now.

And the drop rate for Enchanted Diamond ore now is not any easier than Elysian Ore at all.

Honestly dude, relax a bit. You're getting annoyed at things that aren't as bad as you think they are. Enchanted minerals are achievable in reasonable quantities, as are everything except elysian ore, as it should be

I’m not annoyed about how hard it is to collect them. What frustrates me is that back in the early days, people at level 172 could already complete level 176 quests, and they could even wear gear that required higher levels—clearly things were extremely abundant back then.

But why is it that when I came back to play, all those drop rates were gone? It’s like people talk about how long it took to upgrade Elysian weapons and armor, but now they just drop directly as level 185 finished items.

This kind of design just feels like it completely burns away all the time and effort players have invested.

Thats always how it's been. Every time there's a level cap upgrade, new caves come, new kit comes, things get easier. It's happened 20 times before and it'll happen again. If it didn't, new players would have zero chance to ever catch up. The system as it is rewards players who are active, as it should be

I was at the top, but 've been a lot less active over the last two years or so. If I was still at the top that would be a failed system. I worked for many years to get there, but I hold absolutely zero grudge against players who have played a lot less than me and overtaken me already. It's rewarding the for their activity. If I played like I used to, I'd be back at the top within 6 months. That's how it should be.

Being overtaken is fine. But changing the drop rates is a completely different issue—it’s changing the rules of the game. Those are two separate things, and that’s something you need to understand.

This is about being fair to all players.

This upgrade route means anyone can hunt 24/7 solo and farm the materials needed.
Elysian ore route means it’s impossible to do it solo.

The thing I have an issue with is. Is that it is challenging making these materials which is fine . However what I don't like is when the GM makes them common as muck during the events . It poses the question what's the point of investing endless hours making them if you can just wait for an event . Same goes for the xp . Ores . Etc . Consistency is key

That's been a common issue, events are so OP that it's barely worth doing anything outside of events. GM has clearly listened to that feedback and taken the edge off events while giving us more to do outside events, and everyone started getting upset about it.

Can't win lol. As a community, do we want events to be ridiculous OP or not?

Agreed there is a fine line . Will never please everyone
