Congratulations, Scorpion, on completely fucking the server.

Our guild was thriving with active players, and now we can’t even hit our daily GP because people have stopped playing altogether. The most frustrating part is not even the situation itself — it’s the complete silence from you while everyone’s been raising complaints.

It doesn’t matter where you are in the world. It takes less than a minute to acknowledge people and give some kind of response, even a brief one. Instead, everyone’s being ignored while the server dies around us.

At this point, you’re not just handling this badly — you’re acting like a complete dickhead toward the people who kept this server alive in the first place.

I’m not even one of the players being hit the hardest by this mess, apart from the fact some Hero quests are blatantly overpowered.

You’ve done the community dirty this bank holiday weekend. Luckily the weather’s decent and i did not plan around it.

I remember he used to log in with x5 four tail pets and fuck around with people in @pvp. Those days are gone . Anyways I'm gonna dust off the BBQ and get out in the sun this weekend . I think it’s only fair firstly to acknowledge the work and consistency of the server. He’s ran the best and the most true to Mir server I’ve seen since the 2.3 days. And not being on the crystal files he had done an incredible job within the limitations of the game.

He’s running effectively a free service. Yes I know people pay and it makes money. But 100% of his users could decide not to pay and have the same game access.

It’s a real tough one when the hardcore users pull away from the pack and the game becomes too easy for them. It’s a vast world, which could also prove to be problematic in its own way.

I love this server. Truly I think it’s the best Mir experience out there. And to me it’s what the original game could have been.

He’s put a hell of a lot in to it and maybe things in life are taking more priority as they do when we get older.

I agree. I also have a hectic life, a job, three kids, one of whom is disabled — yet I still make the time to take two minutes out of my day to respond to criticism, or at the very least acknowledge it.

I don’t agree that it’s free-to-play, because it absolutely isn’t. Not if you want to wear premium items at a premium level, use exp boosts, subscriptions, Potions, Oils, and Revive scrolls etc, fuck i could go on but the sun is out

I hear you, kids are no joke when it comes to time. Though it’s the best investment you can make with them at the same time.

No I hear you, absolutely. I have stepped back because it’s impossible for me to really get any better without investing more money than I’m willing to invest in the game. You simple cannot get kit in this game without GG. Any good money making areas of the game are gate-kept by the high levels, so are bosses and nobody sells for gold anyway.

I just meant the premise, it’s free to play.

Maybe he’s fallen out of love with it. Maybe stuff is going on in his personal life. I think he’s wanting to do his best by the server and community. But sometimes things get in the way. But I appreciate your sentiment of he could at least acknowledge. I think on that part it’s often damned if you do damned if you don’t.

I want this server to be its best, and wish I had more time and energy to play. It’s genuinely so well thought out and it’s great.

Edit: and I know I’ll probably get hate for the way I put that across but that’s just how I see it. I’m sure many will tell me I’m wrong.

I tell you what is strange, Zade isn't around, hasn't been for a week or so, probably since around the last reboot and we don't get an event. He's definitely put a spanner in the works in regards to buffs

I don't play, mainly due to time constraints but also the fact my attention span and real life commitments prevent me from playing for like 3 hours straight per day which I feel if you can't do that then there's no point playing as there is just so much to grind, its not just exp anymore its upgrade quests (armour/weapons), guild points, item upgrades (ess/des/orbs), elysian ores, collect xs runes to add sockets, gold. Overwhelming.

Logged on and some stuff in AH had sold tho - pure endorphins. I'm back baby.
