Just wondering as am a noob again.

where is best place to solo level for a wizz lvl 172?

could some one also tell me where best for pet taming 172+
 
Options for levelling
  • crystal temple, might be a little bit low for you so the exp will be reduced for some mobs, but it should be very easy for you, can clear mad lures will be fun
  • forgotten realm (orc demon soul cave) go the middle bit on the last floor and fire all over the cliffs solid lures of mobs and fairly fast respawn
  • bug cave, pick a floor any floor and just keep clearing it over and over you'll get more blues and reds that way which really helps the exp

For pets try to get a group to take you to BDP (blue dragon palace) and tame clawmen on 3rd floor. For solo you're gonna be a bit stuck for decent pets until you can get into planes and tame the ogres in there. Can't remember what level they are might be 190ish
 
I have a 181 Super Clawman atm so possibly 180-184 on 4th floor supers. Not sure on the Champs but again possibly 190-194.

Ogres Champs 200-204 Ogre Supers 190-194. I know 194 is highest level Super and Champ is 204
 
As Ali says, the H key and 'quick hunt' gives you 3 options that are appropriate for your level, try all 3 and see what suits your kit/style

I'd suspect marbled stone tomb would work well at that level

Also worth having a peek at ruins of the consumed souls (the demon soul cave in west bichon)

I find it quite akward to hunt. I used to mass lure in the demons soul cave in desert tunnel that was great to a point I was to high
 
Portal from Bichon to West Bichon, then 369 239 through door and finally 328 411 roughly for NPC Lucas. You need a demon orb to enter and 30 DS. then 1 DS every 3 mins.

The best place and quickest way to level at that level?

Find a warrior with luring cry, and live in bug cave. If you can find a warrior with luring cry and recall set all the better. They can rt, luring cry, recall and you burn it down. Rinse repeat. Cycle thru the floors and it's the fastest leveling you'll ever see.

If the warrior doesn't want to frost frenzy, remember to drop spells in this order.

Frozen ground frost bite. This immediately means you take half damage as slowed mobs attack 50% slower, then inferno, then call of phoenix. Bloodlust as needed.

If you're wondering about kit? Get to 1k mc, then hp runes. They're dirt cheap atm. You honestly don't need more then 1k mc at 172. Once you hit about 8k hp with bloodlust and shield you're invincible in bug cave.

Pets honestly just slow you down if you have decent kit. 8k hp and 1k mc.

You do t need co rods to press H ;)

stone tomb is in the middle of mud wall (monchong town)

with all , you can see their level! General rule of thumb, you can mass attack stuff 5 levels under u, without a big exp nerf.

like others have said above, try bug cave, the deeper you go the higher lvl the mob so even if the 1st floor is crap, kr type floor may be ok
