black screen when I select character

Dear Admin,

I am experiencing an issue with my account. When I try to log in to MIR, I reach the character selection screen. However, after selecting my main character and clicking "OK," the screen goes black and remains stuck indefinitely.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
