Not all wizards! Proudly stands in my rags and soiled pants

The zookeeper class, may aswell be rebranded as “Shepherds” tame 5 op pets, build an op defence kit and be on your way.

Wont do much solo damage though… Lol.

Whats your wiz name in game and what guild are you in?

It's in my sig mate xD But Yuni and Legends also you'll see I'm still just a newbie level 175 so of course my kit is trash compared to the proper wiz players :p

Very kind of you but I'm ok! I've had so much free stuff given to me by friendly players and guild members I'm being crushed to death by kindness. There are no doubt others far more deserving than my lazy ass. Although the offer is very appreciated.

Should try and understand his kit, this new comer seems to have more knowledge and understanding of the game than a regular player.

I appreciate that bro. I have been called some nasty things for using Mana Runes :)

People gift me mana runes because they are worth so little. But with a pro ring and my current 820% mana regen rate. HAveing 14-16k MP allows me to not get killed in war by Ammar and even have time to TT before I revive. During wars I run into the enemy group and CoP them all 1-3 times before Translocating. With 80-100% FD and a good kit, it puts down alot of damage among them. Then its easier for the rest of the team to finish them off.

I dont have to be a Zookeeper because I can outheal massive crowds of mobs higher lvl than me and not have to stand against the wall.

It allows me to have an HP pool of 21k at a high regen rate.

In war you don't have little to nothing to vampire HP, so HP runes are worth little as you cant have effective HP regen.

In fact, im going to remove my HP runes(GM bring back extraction tools ffs), and replace them all for Mana Runes.

Extraction tools dropped in gg caves in event and were changing hands for around 200gg. I'd say it's a reasonable assumption that will stay the case for future events. Halloween ain't far away

Everyone wants them, so even at 500gg, its difficult to find a seller.

I read this thinking(as a new player) I have no idea what’s going on. I have no idea how to build a kit either by the sounds of it. Much learning to do.

Guilds help a ton :) Lots of players in game and on the forum whom are willing to help you out with knowledge. Feel free to ask on here or in game and people are bound to help out!

I have been greatful a few have helped impart some knowledge so far. Didn’t even realise there was a few different castles. Just been chilling. SW was only one when I played seriously.

Yeah tell me about it lol. I've played Mir on and off for many years and every time I came back after a break so much had changed I had to learn all over again. It's fun though especially when you discover something new or someone explains something and then it suddenly makes sense. Hope you continue to enjoy the game :)

#1 priority would be to make sure you have all the books up to your level. Buy what you can from shops or AH if affordable, or try to hunt for them. The quick hunt menu has hunters guide that tells you were all books drops so make use of that.

For kit, as a very very rough rule of thumb as a warrior, until about level 160 don't worry much about defence or 'building' specific kit. Just get a hold of whatever you can get cheaply, speed is most important stat, try to get at least 15. You can get Storm Orbs on auction house usually about 1-2 mill gold, they will add 1 speed to an item. Once your speed is good focus on DC. If you happen to find items with added dark damage then prioritise those but don't sacrifice speed or DC for it. Anything else won't matter much. If you can get 'rare' items then they will be good, use the link in my sig and look at the item sets page, the yellow highlighted rows are the rares which have better stats than similar level items. Don't spend too much on items at this stage as you will outgrow them fairly quick.

After 160 your priorities will change, as things start to get a bit more challenging but you also have many more options for growing your kit. At that point you want to start looking at agility, accuracy, and hp regen. Also by then you'll have a better idea of how you like to hunt so you can focus on your favourite element depending on your style (dark/fire/ice)

You'll probably be upwards of 180 by the time you need to start being seriously concerned with PVP. At that stage element resists start to also become important. But by then you'll understand more about all that anyway, don't need to worry about that for now
