I go zt or catas or be gp cave in a full maxed out top lvl Defence kit all new spells and I’m getting 1 or 2 banged by blue and red mobs. Daniele goes there in lvl 170 kit full dmg no defence and he’s killing entire screen lures. Loads of champs and supers all at the same time massive lures all night long. Demoralising to say the least. Warriors need double hp or some massive massive ac amc boosts. Bit of a joke if I’m honest. I’m sure my screen time and PayPal tell the story.

A high lvl wizard with 5 pets has 22500 Dc plus 1400mc
A warrior has 1800dc

Over 60 seconds a wiz with pets can output 1,440,000 damage pts
Over 60 secs a warrior in max a speed can output 864,000 damage pts

That alone is wrong.

Then there’s the tankyness of a wiz/tao vs a war. Warriors feel like assassins atm. It’s disgusting to play.

And let’s talk about curse. What a complete joke game breaking spell that is. Half’s all my HPR AC and AMC. Disgusting. I dunno where this is all going but it doesn’t seem to be having many positive effects. Yer we asked for stuff to be hard. As in time consuming hard. Not spend thousands of gg on Rev scrolls because mobs hit to hard. Got it all wrong.

Have to agree with 90% of this!

I think the wiz pets are what’s tipped it over the edge in terms of balance to the game. The wizz dps is a joke now.

Doesn’t matter how tanky you make a warr these days with AC and agil, still get you ass handed to you in top caves

Also please add random teleports to the pot shop in Acheron. I’ve wasted 3k demon souls basically town teleporting to get random teleports.

And don’t jump to conclusions thinking I’m trying to get pets nerfed. I’m not. They’re needed. Warriors need big pve defence buffs. That’s what I’m asking for.
 
I have to agree that Warriors are too soft atm. The biggest problem is how slow the HP regen is. If HP regened faster this wouldn't be nearly as much of an issue. As the tank class they should be able to take more damage or to heal faster than tao's and wizards.

I have 870% hpr and it’s still not a help. I regen 180 a tick and mobs are doing 2k a hit reds hitting 8/9k.

Already running out of gg too fast. Would be better for everyone if they was in Acheron shop. Why should we have to spend real life money on simple mecanics of the game such as random teleports. Tele ring is supposed to have @move function but it don’t work on Arcadia.
 
Aye if warriors have issue try tao pets my angel gets 1 /2 shotted by the archers if more than 1 , which cant be confused etc as lvl 190 + , rest can of mobs shinny and skelly tank ok if small pulls but the ranged mobs decimate tao pets so often had to rt or kite away leaving pets to die if they hadnt already by the Archers, like the GP cave alot its a challenge but really the Archers are OP plus tao bubble takes a huge battering from them.....
 
GM did say they places would be hard tbh, I think it’s more wizzes can make a mockery of it

I think here lies the problem. In many places, I am lvling atm a wiz of the same level can run around TU'ing things with one shot from a distance. IMO its indictive of a balance issue, although its not game breaking in any way, it just makes lvling faster for wizards.

Rather than bringing another character into your argument that is actually a different class all together and at the top of their game and using them as a comparison, try and adjust your gameplay accordingly for your class. Make a wiz and a tao and enjoy all 3 classes with their benefits and their downfalls. All classes have plus and minus attributes, you can have it all.

So what is chm for and frost frenzy and fire frenzy and ethereal blades. They all useless in new caves.

these caves are not designed as levelling caves killing loads a t a time. If they was there wouldn't be 300 ish mobs per floor. Zt is designed as a levelling cave and you do just fine in there.

Been saying this for ages, Dan looks at the way wiz plays and tries to do the same with warrior. That doesn't work. Warriors can kill very fast but need different tactics and style

However, to say that warrs were never intended on killing mass lures doesn't make sense. Luring cry is specifically designed to mass lure and warrs have hitting spells designed to deal with multiple targets at once.

I consider luring cry a skill intended more for group hunting. in a group its great, solo i still use it but only in caves with mobs 10 or so levels below me, I have always been able to level relatively fast solo.

Again, this morning while playing Wizz I was thinking I would kill for either a friendly warr who knows when to use LC or for my own wizz LC spell (not suggesting wizz should get LC, BTW, just being greedy :p)

You and me must play somewhat differently. As soon as I am confident my warr (or whoever I am with if in a group) can take or out heal the damage I LC. If there are not too many ranged mobs it doesn't matter if you are surrounded by 9 (does it take 9 to surround you?) or 900 - only 9 will be hitting you, the rest will be queuing up to die...muhahahaha...

If I pull too many then that's what LR is for ;)

I have also been known to 'wall it' when my level and mob levels are close and the damage might exceed what I can out heal.

While I level like mad on a wizz with TU, killing one by one with a warr seems so, so slow to me.

Also, I have started to play where I take out the ranged first then LC and destroy the rest...

Works very well for me!
 
This thread is very quickly turning into the age old thread of general balance of classes. This is not what this thread is about! It’s about the top end stuff only and how the balance has swung too far (something that has happened many times in my 3 years on the server and one that get gets corrected in due course)
 
Putting the fine details aside and taking a small step back to look at the bigger picture, I've always taken the fact that all three classes are known to have complained about each other, and often have legitimate complaints, as a sign that there must be a pretty good balance. If one class never had any legitimate complaints then that would be an indicator that there was balance issues. That's absolutely not what I see here.

Somthing has clearly fucked up. I can’t kill lures and bosses I could kill 5 lvls ago no probs. I literally log in for 20 mins. Waste all the gg I have on Rev scrolls trying to kill the content that matches my lvl. Then I just log off because I run out of gg and nothing left to do. Do what u want but watch what happens if I quit because I can’t play anymore because u all cried to make it harder for me.

It’s not enjoyable. Just like bdp and rdd. Not enjoyable one bit. I never heard anyone say OMG I loved that rdd hunt so much it was so much fun. 99% of people after a rdd LOL HARD when u ask if they wana go back. I’ve heard people say they’d rather prick they’re eyeballs with needles than go back to rdd. No one wants to kill 20x 1.5m hp bosses for a fine grinding oil. It’s literally hanging by a thread right now. Nothing has sold in ah for two or more weeks because everyone’s quit because it’s to hard lol.

I remember playing for days without using a Rev scroll. Now it’s a regular occurance on every hunt. Massively fed up of content designed to make u use Rev scrolls.
I don’t mind buying a lot of gg but it’s becoming a joke. How the *+%# is a regular player gonna do any of it if I’m struggling?

Clear rings been nerfed too.??? Almost all mobs see thru in new caves.
Why are there so many social mobs? They completely erase clear ring ability by calling all close mobs and showing u to them.
