Window problem

Hi!This is for GMs. I have win10. i cant acces to the page to buy game money, or now to create an account in the new game. In fact, when another window tries to open, I cant access it. It's opened, I cant see it when I move the mouse, but it disappear as soon behind the main screen. Help plz.

You need to run the game in windowed mode rather than full screen. With the game running press ALT+ENT, the game might crash when you do this but just load it back up and log in, when you hit the button to buy GameGold it should load properly. IF not you can use this link https://mirarcadia.com/gs/ but make sure you put your character name in the box beside the buy now button before you buy.
