xp difference compared to yesterday ?

Im doing exactly what i did yesterday but my xp gain is alot less ? Does it ever get bugged or anything?
 
Full moon yesterday was on which gives 1.3xp to whole server if you look in the arcadia icon below the mini map it will show in red when a moon has started and what boosts it gives. also ingame shout when moons start.

most guilds will have what moons are and when they start on guild pages if you join one its easier to know.
 
Server announces lunar events . You can also check server rates and lunar cycles on the top right hand side underneath the map .
 
Also mob levels are +2 during full moon so if you're killing things that you're a bit too high for and get an exp reduction on, suddenly you don't get that reduction during moon which can make a massive difference
