so I'm only lvl 108 tao.

I've been doing quests ect when I've found the items and bosses.

I'm now Natural cave 1f and seem to be stuck in this cave? Do I need to get the map to get out or something?

Is it worth doing all the quests or should I just kill stuff?

Work you way through the quests there's plenty more floors after the 1 you're on lost lands is the last before you need the 4 map pieces to get to skull island
