Weapon repairs

Is the only way to special repair weapon with the 6gg WarGodOil ? I can't find one anywhere.
I am going to guess that castle NPCs let you repair them too but I cant get to one of those, so how do us less fortunate people repair our weapons without losing dura?

You can special repair weapons in Heroes, WW (Tao village) and Castle Gi (iirc). There are probably other places
